Surrounded by a mini-forest of sorts, supermodel Heidi Klum’s (mortgage-free) estate was a fresh gush of air in a 12,300 square feet of Italian-inspired resort home in Los Angeles. The dreamy mansion, which sat on 8.2 acres of land, had eight bedrooms, fountains, gazebos, and a children’s play area. A well-maintained golf course completed the castle look. Allegedly, Klum used to call it her own “little piece of Heaven”. However, she eventually sold it in 2014 for $25 million. Since Klum got engaged with musician Tom Kaulitz in December 2018, it’s likely that the lovebirds are looking for a new mansion together.
