The soon-to-be golden Jennifer Aniston must have found an anti-aging amulet along the way of her two-decade career. Aniston has some prowess too when it comes to investing in real estate. This was her old Beverly Hills Zen home, which she bought for $13.5 million. The five-bedroom house with a pool and all other luxuries you could imagine was sold in 2011 for $38 million, although it was originally priced at a whopping $42 million. After her split with actor Justin Theroux in 2018, the Friends star hit the market yet again with their Bel-Air abode. It was sold for $75 million, three times more than what she paid for – again!
