The renovation add-ons installed by Jen amounted to millions of dollars – $3.2 million for the wine cellar, $3.2 million for the treehouse with two levels, and a full, built-in entertainment system. Additionally, it includes a swimming pool, a projection room, and the company of neighbors as famous as Nicolas Cage and Hugh Hefner. Following the couple’s split in 2017, Theroux and Aniston put it up for sale in 2018.
