Pharell Williams is a singer and rapper who has also become a very successful record producer over the years. He is known for investing in prime real estate and one of his jaw-dropping purchases in the past was a luxurious penthouse in Miami. He purchased the five-bedroom residence back in 2007 for about $12.5 million. It boasted breathtaking panoramic views and of course, he got to enjoy amenities like a swimming pool, billiards room, home cinema, and an exercise room. In 2016, it was sold for $9.25 million. Williams’ recent work includes producing music for the Lion King soundtrack.
