When actor Matt Damon owned this gorgeous Pacific Palisades, California house, it was touted as one of the nicest-looking ones that the area had had. He purchased the zen-inspired modern mansion for $15 million in 2012, but then parted company with it in 2016 for $20 million. That was an awesome $5-million profit! The 10-bathroom house with an ample number of bedrooms to match had a garage that could house five cars. The elegant exterior and modern, bright interior, must have really connected with the buyer. Matt collaborated with actor Christian Bale as co-stars of the 2019 biographical drama film, Ford v. Ferrari.
