Leonardo DiCaprio – Belize – $1.75 Million
Most people on our list have bought large houses on streets, hills, and beaches. Well, in 2005, Leonardo DiCaprio bought himself a 104-acre island that is called the Blackadore Caye of Belize. He scaled up his investment game and spent quite a few million building 36 spacious villas (all priced at $5 million each). The units are built with residential local materials and everything on the island is super-green – even the vehicles won’t use fossil fuels. Known as an eco-resort, the installment will be available to the public in 2020, with its opening being delayed since 2018.
