Ann Coulter is probably one of the most outspoken female, far-right writers and political commentators out there right now. While people have associated New York City’s Upper East Side with the exact opposite, she is a proud New Yorker nonetheless. In 2016, she decided to buy a 1,400 square foot apartment on the Upper East Side. It consisted of two bedrooms and needed a full renovation. She did, however, reportedly buy it as an investment, and given than her current apartment is nearby, there is no reason why she shouldn’t. Ann’s most recent book was released in 2018 called Resistance Is Futile!: How the Trump-Hating Left Lost its Collective Mind.
