She bought this lovely dream house that you see here for $4.4 million and offloaded it for $5 million. We’re not surprised at this. A plus for the lucky new buyer is that the home comes with a waterfall, and it has 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. Conrad’s investment sure paid off a lot from the transaction. She and her hubby, law school graduate and former musician William Tell, have revealed in April 2019 that they’re expecting their second child. Congrats!
