Building Confidence
Alex started making plans of his own, branching out with ideas outside his father’s influence. ‘Mom, I’ve been thinking about starting a side job,’ he shared one afternoon.
His voice carried a new confidence, a determination that glimmered in his eyes. I encouraged him, knowing full well that his growth into independence was a crucial step.
I wanted to give him the space to make decisions without fear, and watching him take the leap was incredibly rewarding.
