George Takei & Brad Altman – 35 Years Together
When ‘Star Trek’ actor George Takei asked Brad Altman to help him train for a marathon, he didn’t think that the request would be the beginning of a meaningful relationship. Takei met Altman at a club in Los Angeles, and they immediately hit it off. What started as a long-distance marathon practice, turned out to be a beautiful union.
The pair has been together for over three decades, although they came out in public as a same-gender couple in 2005, and solemnized their marriage three years later. Relationships are hard work, but Takei and Altman have shown that they can make anything possible together!
