Swiss-born Ursula Andress rose to fame in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Italy. It all started when she met a producer who offered her a role in the Italian film adaptation of “An American in Rome.”
Almost immediately after, Andress became a household name thanks to her role as James Bond’s love interest in “Dr. No.” Her acting career flourished in the ’70s when she appeared in films like “Casino Royale” and “Red Sun.” After this, she had a long career as an actress, with her last film appearance in 2005. She has now left the bright lights of Hollywood for a quiet lifestyle.
